Allow me to share the story about big rocks as told to me by my own mentor, Jeff Smith.

?There was a group of disciples who had gathered to learn from their teacher, reputed to be one of the wisest men in the land. To begin their lessons, their teacher told them to sit in front of him. He had a glass bowl and began filling it with rocks. He then asked the class if it was full.

?They said, ?Yes.?

?He ignored them and poured in some smaller pebbles until the container looked full and asked the same question again.

Liver problems can range from mild liver congestion to a serious liver disease. Depending on the problem, many people are unaware they have a liver problem and may only have vague symptoms. One of the most common symptoms is chronic tiredness. These people generally feel lethargic and sluggish during the day, especially in the morning.

Due to the fact that the liver is one of the hardest working organs in the body and has many roles, there are a number of problems that can occur with the liver. The three main categories these problems fall into are:

1. Eat Breakfast!

So many people think that if they skip breakfast they will lose weight. The sad fact is that this only ruins your metabolism causing your body to want to store more fat. Breakfast really is the most important meal of the day. In fact, it’s so important that I refuse to train anyone who doesn’t eat breakfast, because if you skip this meal, it shows that you are not serious about losing weight.

Several years ago, my friend Jack went on a wacky diet before his training. He would eat nothing but fruit until noon. He took a banana, some berries, and a melon, before he ran for one hour and swim for another hour and a half. Three months later, he had not lost any weight and was struggling to complete his races. He said later that he was so starved that he would eat anything he could lay his hand on. He also realized that he needed to eat a proper meal with proper nutrition for his physical fitness. He also needed to drink enough fluids before, during and after his exercise routine.
