Ever thought about finding Tai Chi lessons online? Clearly while a live teacher is much more preferable, many people don’t have the time and/or the money for weekly classes. And some people simply don’t even have a tai chi school near them. And if I’m going to be completely honest to you (and you wouldn’t have it any other way, would you?), many so-called tai chi teachers have only scratched the surface of their training. That is to say many teachers only learned the first level- the choreography. While this is o.k., it’s sort of like a bottle of wine.
