Water plays a vital role in losing weight: It helps you feel full so you don’t eat as much, it helps all of the important organs in your body dispose of waste, which in turn allows your body to burn fat better and faster. Water has no calories, so you can have as much of it as you’d like. It also helps flush toxins out of the body, gives you more energy, and keeps your skin healthy too. Since it also helps you feel fuller, drinking water will prevent you from eating more food than you should. And of course, eating less helps you lose weight.
All right, let?s get down to it. Who of us doesn’t already know how to lose weight really? Its not as if it was that much of a mystery. Are you tired of people saying, You should lose weight. You would feel so much better about yourself. Hogwash. Why should how we look affect how we feel about ourselves? In fact, I feel these well intentioned statements help set us up for diet failure.
If you really want to have a flat stomach, you must get to know the so called “secrets” to achieve your goal. These secrets in reality lie more in the ground of commons sense that we may know but always fail to take action on them. So, it’s all about losing fat and exercising, to achieve this, the most effective way is combine strength or weight training, a routine of cardio and stable blood sugar levels (which translates in a healthy diet) Strength training
If you want great health and look good, your first step would be to change your lifestyle. To stay healthy, it’s not just about the food you eat but also the physical activity that you do. The combination of both will do you good. Diet fitness health will lessen your possibility of high blood pressure, heart disease and diabetes. Don’t we all want that? First step, identify your current health level and your current level of exercise, daily. By saying that, I don’t mean how many times you reach out for the TV remote from your sofa. Get yourself to work out at least 30 minutes a day. But do consider a glance of consultation with your doctor incase there are any restrictions on your diet fitness health program.
Now, before you go crazy on me… hear me out. I’ve been in the health and fitness industry (more specifically health clubs) for a while now and I really have to say that if I were to start a club from scratch… I wouldn’t include an aerobic program at all. Why? Because I’ve never REALLY seen these programs work. Sure, I’ve seen people start to drop weight with step aerobics, but they tend to plateau extremely quickly and plateaus lead to frustration. Frustration leads to doubt and doubt leads to failure.

No motivation to exercise? No basic knowledge how to do the right exercises? Keep the excuses away as now you can opt for fitness equipments to get into shape. It will not just ease the process but speed the results too! So you can kiss your 10-years-worth-of-excuses goodbye.
Motivation is the drive in fitness training. But believe it or not, it’s the hardest too. That’s why you are haven’t been working out! This is especially true for beginners with fitness training program. When things are done repeatedly and turn out to be a routine, how fun and electrifying it was in the beginning, it will still get boring! To add to that, exercises never show immediate results, hence making you lose that motivation you had when you first came to join the program with a bright smiley face to achieve your target. You will then be left with the word ‘impossible’ in your head.
Not long ago, one of my friends told me about guerrilla cardio as his favorite fat burning cardio workout. Have you heard of it? It’s an ultra-intense cardiovascular workout based on a study done by Dr. Izumi Tabata, Ph.D.. Dr. Tabata, a researcher at the institute of Health & Nutrition in Tokyo, Japan, conducted a study compairing cardiovascular endurance training vs. high intensity cardiovascular training. In Tabata’s study, one group did a full 60 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise 5 days per week. Group two also trained 5 days a week, but performed up to eight 20-second sprints of high-intensity cycling with a 10-second rest (pedaling at a slower rate) in between [1]. They performed these sprints between warm-up and cool-down periods. |
