1. What is distilled water? Distilled water is quite simply water that has been heated up to boiling point so that it evaporates. It then rises in the distiller unit and condenses ? turning back into water but minus all of the toxin and impurities behind. Using a distiller rids the water of any bacteria, viruses, cysts, heavy metals, radionuclides, organics, inorganics, and particulates.
