The people of Finland aren?t the only folks who know about the tremendous benefits of sauna therapy. If my title sounds a little confusing???don?t worry, just sit back, and I will explain it all to you. Everyone has some kind of routine in his or her life (not a bad thing, mind you). Here?s an educated guess on how it goes for many people: Get up, shower, get dressed, slam down some kind of artery clogging breakfast, rush to work, work all morning, go out to get some greasy food for lunch, work all afternoon, run home to take the kids out to practice, order out for dinner, watch some TV, go to bed.
